Yes! You can duplicate projects if you have the right permissions (by default, only project owners and admins have this ability). Here's how:
- Go to your dashboard: Open the inTakt dashboard where your projects are listed.
- Find the project to duplicate: Locate the project you'd like to copy.
- Click the three-dot menu: It's on the right side of the project card.
- Select 'Duplicate Project': A prompt will appear asking you to name the new project.
- Check the box to add actuals, metrics and one-off tasks.
- Confirm duplication:
- The system will create a copy with the same phases, zones, tasks, filters, and lookahead configurations.
- You can modify the duplicated project as needed.
- Team members will need to be invited again.

Important: Duplicated projects are automatically assigned to the free plan unless you have an enterprise account. You'll have full access for one month before needing to upgrade.
