- Record handoff dates: As each trade completes work in a zone, mark the completion date
- Click on the task you want to update
- In the side panel, navigate to the track tab
- Check the handoff status
- Compare to planned dates: The system will highlight on-time vs late handoffs.
- Review in handoff reports: These show trade-to-trade reliability over time.
- Address gaps: Use the data to improve coordination and sequencing.
