🏢 Enterprise Overview
The Enterprise layer in InTakt gives company-wide visibility, customization, and control across all your projects and users. Here’s how it works:
🖥️ Enterprise Dashboard
Enterprise Admins have access to an enhanced view on the main project dashboard:
- All Projects: View every project created by anyone in your organization.
- Enterprise Settings: Upload a company logo that becomes available to all projects for exports and printed schedules.
- Enterprise Tags: Create tags to help organize and categorize projects across your company.
- People Tab: See everyone in your organization with an InTakt account. You can:
- View which projects they’ve created
- Assign or remove Enterprise Admin access
- Export Button: Download a spreadsheet showing usage statistics across all enterprise projects.
🎨 Customizing Projects
Inside each individual project:
- Projects can be assigned a color for easier visual sorting in the dashboard.
- Enterprise Tags created at the company level can be applied through the project’s Settings panel.
