🧰 Filtering in InTakt
InTakt’s filtering tools help you zero in on specific scopes, trades, or locations—making it easier to evaluate flow, spot overlaps, and coordinate commitments.
🔍 How to Create a Filter
- Click the Filter icon (top right of the Schedule view).
- Select New Filter.
- Choose filter criteria:
- Task / Subtask
- Phase
- Zone or Subzone
- Tag (e.g., trade name like "Lasco" or status like "ready to start")
- Company
- Use the search bar to quickly find tags or values.
- Click Apply—the plan updates immediately to show only matching items.
- Click Save—the plan updates and your filter is saved for future use.
👷 Why Filter by Trade or Tag
- Visualize how a single trade flows across zones.
- Check for trade stacking or overlapping commitments.
- Ensure zone strategies align with planned workflows (e.g., parallel vs sequential execution).
🧼 Tidying the View
- Use “Hide Filtered Zones” to remove unrelated zones from view.
- Add or stack filters to compare trades or scopes side-by-side.
💡 Pro Tip: Filter + Weekly Work Plan
Combine filters with the Weekly Work Plan or exports to create trade-specific printouts, perfect for coordination and field distribution.
