🛠️ Multitask Edit Guide
The Multitask Edit feature allows you to modify several tasks at once, saving time and ensuring consistency across your schedule.
✅ What You Can Do
Once you select multiple tasks (e.g., via box selection or Ctrl/Shift-click):
🔤 Basic Info Tab
- Add shared tags: Apply tags across all selected tasks.
- Add descriptions: Enter a shared description or notes.
- Change task flow for all selected tasks
🔢 Units tab
- Set crew size: Assign the same crew count to all selected tasks.
- Define units: Input consistent unit types, quantities, and cost values (e.g., 500 Conduit, $6000).
📅 Plan Tab
- Adjust durations: Set all selected tasks to the same duration in days.
- Apply constraints: Define time or logic-based constraints in bulk.
- Link or unlink tasks: Easily manage sequencing logic across the group.
📈 Tracking Tab
- Update handoff’s status: Mark all selected tasks as complete with one click.
