Learn how to sign in, sign up and reset your password

Sign In

InTakt offers multiple ways to access your account securely:

  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click "Sign In"

Alternatively, you can sign in using:

  • Okta authentication
  • Microsoft Azure AD (for enterprise users with preconfigured SSO)
Enterprise SSO requires coordination with the InTakt support team. Please contact support to configure this option before use.

Sign Up

To create a new InTakt account:

  • Click "Sign Up"
  • Choose to register with Okta/Microsoft or manually enter your details
  • If entering details manually, provide your email, name, and create a password
Password Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character
  • Click "Create Account" to complete registration
  • You'll be taken to the Project Dashboard

Reset Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  • Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
  • Enter the email address associated with your InTakt account
  • Click the reset button to request a password reset email
  • Check your email for a message from InTakt containing a secure link
  • Click the link to open the password reset form
  • Enter and confirm your new password
  • Submit the form
  • You'll see a confirmation message: "Password reset successful. Please return to the login screen to sign in again."
  • Return to the login screen and sign in with your new password
