🕰️ Version History in InTakt
InTakt automatically captures critical changes to your schedule, letting you explore options, recover from errors, and track the evolution of your plan—without losing your baseline.
🧠 What Triggers a Version Save?
InTakt automatically saves a backup version of your project in key moments to help you recover or undo changes when needed. Backups are created when:
- You restore a previous version
- You modify the lockline
- You save changes to Takt Settings on a project that has progress
A project is considered to have progress if any of the following conditions are met:
- One-off tasks exist
- Roadblocks have been added
- Duplicate phases are present
- Custom logic links are used
- Tasks have handoffs marked
- Subtasks are assigned
These backups ensure your project history is protected as your plan evolves.
InTakt also performs automatic daily backups at 4:55 UTC.
